KORR secured recognition and enforcement of a loan agreement in Swiss courts
KORR law firm coordinated the work of Swiss and Hong Kong lawyers in preparing a legal opinion for Swiss courts on the legal nature of loan agreements. As part of this project, the lawyers succeeded in convincing the Swiss court to enforce the loan agreement, the debtor of which is a person residing in Switzerland.
